i found the phone system frustrating. i attempted to contact reception for assistance but the phone rang without anyone picking up. it was also hard to reach the restaurant so i couldn't make reservations. the buggy i booked for 7:30 am to the airport was late i waited almost an hour. it caused a significant delay.

The room felt uncluttered, so I enjoyed the space. The air conditioning worked well, I slept soundly. Getting to Terminal 4 was quick and easy. This eased my travel.
The lobby lacked clear directions to key areas. The signage was minimal, I got easily turned around. I found the gym rather small, I had to wait for equipment. There was a limited choice of TV channels, I prefer more entertainment.
